Observed handwashing sinks in mens and womens restrooms with space behind the sink needing to be resealed. Use of equipment that is not easily moveable need to be caulked or sealed. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection.

Observed employee touch phone with gloves on, change gloves, grab unpackaged frozen food with gloves on without washing hands. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Employee was instructed to wash hands after contamination has occurred. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed ice in the front handwashing sink and an employee's personal cup placed inside the handwashing sink in the back of the establishment. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing. PIC removed employees personal cup from the back sink. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
