Observed 3-door reach in refrigerator with excessive leaking from vents, and accumulation of condensation on top of unit, causing water to pool on floor of unit. No food to be stored in line of leaks to prevent contamination. Missing gaskets causing condensation and organic growth accumulation on floor. Walk-in freezer with leak at piping at condenser causing accumulation of ice on piping and boxes of food.
