Observed two containers of hot dogs in a small reach-in refrigerator at the food prep area without a date mark on them. According to the kitchen staff, the packages of hot dogs had been opened on 08/12/2025. All RTE/TCS foods were properly date marked at the time of inspection. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed a dirty pizza cutter and tongs inside of the handwashing sink just behind the cashier area. Person in charge (PIC) relocated the dirty dishes to the 3-compartment sink to be washed, rinsed and sanitized. Discussed with PIC that handwashing sink is for handwashing only. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed a large accumulation of food debris and soda syrup on the floor under the soda syrup boxes in the back area near the 3-compartment sink. Discussed with person in charge to clean on a more frequent basis to minimize the accumulation of syrup and other food debris in the area. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
