Observed packaged raw bacon stored on top shelf above onions and lettuce in small reach-in refrigerator at prep line. All raw foods should be stored below ready to eat foods. Person in charge relocated foods to be on bottom shelf. 3-302.11 (A3-8) - Core: Packaged and Unpackaged Food-Separation, Packaging, and Segregation; General Food Protection. Person in charge to place work orders. 4-501.11 - Core: Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment Predefined Comment: All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times.
