Observed the handwashing station located next to the 3 compartment sink having its handles really stiff making it difficult to turn on the water. The sink was able to provide water for handwashing at the time of inspection. Please repair handwashing station to where proper handwashing is promoted. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
