Observed a handwashing sink near the bakery area without a handwashing sink sign. Discussed with person in charge to place a sign at the handwashing sink identifying it as the designated handwashing sink. Person in charge will label the handwashing sink. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed dishes stored as clean at the clean dishes rack that upon separation, were observed to have water still trapped between the nested dishes. The person in charge separated the wet dishes so they could finish air-drying. All equipment and food contact surfaces must be air-dried after properly cleaning and sanitizing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed an employee that was touching their face and then began to prep shrimp skewers without changing their gloves and washing their hands first. Also observed other instances of glove changes without washing hands in-between while cooking on the line. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Employees properly washed hands at handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
