Inspector's notes
Observed an employee that was touching their face and then began to prep shrimp skewers without changing their gloves and washing their hands first. Also observed other instances of glove changes without washing hands in-between while cooking on the line. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Employees properly washed hands at handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
