Inspector's notes
Observed some plastic tubs at the clean dishes rack that were stored together in a stack. Upon separating the dishes, water was observed still trapped beween the nested dished. Discussed with person in charge to thoroughly air-dry the dishes prior to stacking them together. The person in charge separated the stack so the dishes could finish air-drying.All equipment and food contact surfaces must be air-dried after properly cleaning and sanitizing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
