Observed ice forming on storage rack and on boxes of juice in freezer. Also observed ice forming on condensate line behind fan unit and on floor in freezer. Discussed having freezer serviced to prevent leaking from line and moving boxes away from leak to prevent potential contamination. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
