PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-202.13, P: Backflow Prevention, Air Gap Inspector observed at mop sink, a red hose connected to the Atmospheric Continuous Pressure Back flow device, was deep into the sink (below the sewer flood rim). Please allow air gap between the open end of the red hose and the sewer overflow of this sink. Certified manager had elevate the end of the hose above the sink at time of inspection.
