Inspector's notes

Observed floor drain in the back of the store next to the mop sink had pooled water and chemicals above and around it in a 3-foot-wide area. Drain was not backflowing any sewage, but no drainage was observed as well. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. PIC called in a maintenance order for the drain. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
