Inspector's notes

Observed 10 containers of shredded lettuce in the top of the reach-in cooler closest to the hand sink by the office ranging from 50*F to 52*F. Per the person in charge the lettuce was placed in the unit at approximately 7am this morning, time of inspection was approximately 2:30 pm. The ambient temperature of the unit was 59.3 using min/max thermometer. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
