Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Employee left kitchen and returned, then put on gloves to handle food without washing hands. Employee wearing gloves handled money, then returned to handling food without washing hands and putting on clean gloves. Manager had employee wash hands, will conduct further traing on hand washing with the employees.

Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks.

Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. TCS egg tarts, mozzarella filled bread, cream cheese filled buns held on the counter at 61*F to 74*F internally not on time control log. Manager added these items to time as control with proper discard.
