Half and half observed in middle two door cooler probed with an internal food temperature of 68 Deg. F, had been in cooler for an unknown amount of time, and was placed on embargo and recommended for discard. Confirmed with employee that cooler was having issues and was being monitored at time of inspection. Ensure no TCS (Temperature Controlled for Safety) foods are placed in cooler until cooler is holding foods at or below 41 Deg. F.

Beef patties observed thawing in 85 Deg. F standing water on top of flattop at time of inspection. Frozen food must be submerged in water below 70 °F with water trickling above food or be thawed inside a cooler. Beef patties were placed inside cooler to finish thawing at time of inspection.

Priority Foundation-6-501.111 (C), Pf: Controlling Pests; Approved Trapping Methods/Existence Observed significant evidence of rodent activity in concession area. Rodent droppings were observed throughout the floor, countertops, and food equipment. The establishment shall maintain the premises free of rodents and other pests to prevent contamination and foodborne illness.
