No County legal action will result from this inspection.Of note: Catering vendor arrived onsite with TCS food (beef meatball crumbles) around 10:30 AM. An internal temperature of food measured between 110°F-130°F using probing thermometer. The catering vendor stated the meatball crumbles were cooked at the catering facility and placed in warmer on delivery truck less than 2 hours prior to the inspection. The meatball crumbles were reheated to 165°F and placed in hot holding unit at the time of inspection. All other TCS foods were received at proper temperatures. Spoke with management by phone regarding temperature; receiving protocols and corrective actions for TCS items delivered at improper temperatures.
