Observed red organic material on curtains into meat freezer. Discussed cleaning frequency with person in charge to keep curtains clean to sight and touch to prevent contamination of employees when passing through curtains. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
