Observed table-mounted can opener with visible, dried food debris on the food contact surfaces at time of inspection. Per PIC, they had not used the can opener today. Discussed cleaning frequency of food contact surfaces with PIC. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. PIC relocated all food-contact surfaces to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed test strips onsite to have expired on 09/2025. PIC was unable to provide valid test strips at time of inspection. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection. A reinspection will occur on or prior to 8/7/2026 to verify the correction. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
