Inspector's notes

Observed a can opener by the prep table with build-up of food debris. PIC placed the dirty can opener in the three compartment sink for it to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Non food contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of residue. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
