Inspector's notes
Observed secondary glass door true refrigeration unit holding milk with an ambient internal temperature of 54*F. As per the owner, the refrigeration unit was holding food at 41*F at the morning check. Equipment must be able to maintain food at 41*F. Owner contacted company to repair refrigeration unit. Gallon milk containers were moved to to other refrigeration units on site. Advised staff to check refrigeration after high volume time periods. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. When corrected, please send copy of invoice for repair and photo of thermometer maintaining < 41*F. Reinspection to be completed on or before Thursday April 23, 2026
