Inspector's notes
A sanitizer bottle was observed to have a chlorine concentration greater than 200ppm using test strips. Per PIC, the sanitizer solution is used for cleaning food contact surfaces in the kitchen. Chlorine test strips were available and easily accessible. Chemical sanitizers may be toxic if not used in accordance to FDA food code requirement. Chlorine sanitizer must have a concentration of 50-100ppm. A new solution was made with proper concentration. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
