Receiving temperature not documented for potato/chicken bowls. Per staff, the bowls were received approximately an hour ago and temperature was not noted. Catering company states that the departure/loading temperature was noted at 135 degrees F or above at catering site. That log was not present at service location. At time of inspection, potato/chicken bowls were being served to students and measured with an internal temperature of 100 degrees F Discussed proper log management for catering and school permit to also conduct receiving temperatures.
