Observed chili stored on the stove top with only the pilot light turned on. Chili had an internal temperature of 115*F at time of inspection, and according to PIC chili had been on stove for less than 1 hour and was re-heated to 165*F for 15 seconds. Discussed importance of hot holding TCS food at 135*f at all times.
