Hand washing sink next to prep sink and three compartment sink was non-functional at time of inspection. All handashing sinks must function properly at all times and dispense hot water with a temperature of at least 100°F through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Will re-inspect on 2.19.22 for repairs to be completed.
