Observed rodent droppings along the storage compartments underneath the soda fountain section of the store and along the perimeter of the back storage room. The establishment shall clean up the rodent droppings as well as conduct deep cleaning along the backroom and storage compartments to reduce/eliminate harborage conditions for rodents. The establishment is getting routine, monthly pest control services. Will follow up at next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed multiple sections of wall/floor junctures in need of repair. Notable areas include resealing the mop sink basin/wall junctures, repairing/replacing sections of tile cove base where separating from wall throughout the establishment, and replacing the FRP trim at the entry way to the room with the mop sink & 3-compartment sink. The establishment shall maintain all floor/wall junctures in good repair. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-501.12 - Core: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions Addl Notes: Observed an accumulation of dirt, dust, and other food debris throughout the establishment. Notable areas include the floors and ceiling above the pizza oven, inside the storage compartments located underneath beverage equipment (e.g. coffee and soda stations) and hot roller station, floor sinks, and behind/underneath tables and equipment in the kitchen area. The establishment shall clean the physical premises at a frequency to prevent the accumulation of dust, dirt, and other food debris. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
