Observed multiple cold-holding units with hanging or misaligned grates on bottom. Discussed with person in charge the importance of realigning the walls of these units to provide a smooth and cleanable unit. As well as to provide protection for condenser coils, drain pans, and other critical refrigeration hardware. Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
