PIC removed the ice cream scoop to be properly cleaned and stated that the water would be turned on when utensils are stored in it. Ensure that in use utensils are stored in running water of sufficient velocity to flush particulates to the drain, if used with moist FOOD such as ice cream or mashed potatoes.
