Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Observed the drainpipes from the dish washer fallen into the floor drain underneath the three-compartment sink. The metal piece that was previously used for the air gap has been moved. Informed PIC that the pipes need to be put back into place so that there is at least a one-inch airgap between the outlet of the pipe and the top of the floor drain. PIC stated that they will put in a ticket for it. Discussed the importance of preventing backflow with PIC. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times.
