Observed a customer with a small leashed dog at bar. PIC indicated that the customer was not questioned regarding the dog being a service animal. Only allow service animals inside approved areas of the food establishment. Instructed PIC and emailed guidance document and online info for applying for a Dog Friendly Patio permit. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
