Inspector's notes
Observed several RTE/TCS food items that were pulled and thawed on 10/13/24 and marked for disposition on 10/19/24. These items included 5 Jalapeno Corndogs, 5 barbeque ribs, 7 beef hotdogs, and 4 hamburgers. At time of inspection all RTE/TCS foods past 7 days of preparation were discarded by PIC. Procedures for proper date marking and disposition were discussed with the PIC and are in place for the facility. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
