Inspector's notes
Observed milk, bags ice cream mix, hot dogs, cheese and lettuce all at a temperature of 44-45*F in walk in cooler at time of inspection. Person in charge explained that when they arrived at 10am all product was below 41*F. Inspector took temperatures at 1pm. Person in charge lowered temperature of cooler at time of inspection. All temperature sensitive products in walk in cooler were rapidly cooled to 41*F in front coolers and freezers at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
