>>>Observed several cans with dents along the top, bottom and side hermetic seal. Discussed with Person in Charge (PIC) swollen, rusted and cans dented on any of the 3 can seams (top, bottom, side) or deep, sharp dents should be considered unsafe. PIC separated the damaged cans. A designated area will be used to store damaged cans until removal from the establishment. All damaged cans were embargoed and PIC discarded. The cans were: whole and diced potato, sauerkraut, spinach, butter beans, green lima beans, mushroom, sweet corn, pork & beans and vienna sausages. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
