Inspector's notes

Observed self-dispensing creamer with a discard by date of 6/11. Alerted manager who discarded the creamer, at time of inspection, cleaned all parts, and inserted new creamer bags at time of inspection. Discussed the importance of discarding Time Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) products by their date marked discard date. Reeducated on Date Marking rules and regulations. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
