Observed a basket of oranges at the front register that were hard and discolored. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) and the oranges were voluntarily discarded at time of inspection. All food must be in good condition, safe, and unadulterated. All adulterated food was discarded at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed a spray bottle with cleaner in it that did not have a label. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that all cleaners need to be labeled to reduce risk of chemical contamination. PIC used a marker to write the name of the cleaner on the spray bottle at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
