There was no hand soap at the hand sink in the back room at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided soap for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed a floor drain next to the walk-in cooler that was filled with liquid. The cooler is draining into the floor drain with about 1-2 inches before overflow might occur. All other drains and floor drains are draining properly. Please have a plumber come out and clear the line before re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. **Re-inspection is scheduled for 03/17/2026.
