Inspector's notes

Observed multiple sections of the store with holes in the walls and multiple sections of the store with broken or missing cove base. In addition, observed multiple pieces of equipment intended to be fixed to the wall without adequate caulking/sealing at the equipment/wall juncture. Holes in the walls were observed in the men's restrooms near the urinals and in the produce back room next to the 3-compartment sink. Broken/missing sections of cove base were observed in the produce back room near the door to the sales floor and in the men's restroom in the stall furthest from the door. Equipment requiring additional caulking was observed in the produce back room. The establishment shall repair any holes in the walls, missing/broken sections of cove base, and provide adequate sealing for equipment intended to be fixed to the wall. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
