Observed accumulation of red food debris inside soda nozzles at bar soda dispensers. Per person in charge (PIC), soda nozzles are washed, rinsed, and sanitized every day. All food-contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch. PIC relocated all food-contact surfaces to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
