Inspector's notes

Observed hot dogs in an insulated container. As per staff, they are heated up, buns added and wrapped at an employee home. Facility did have hot dog machine on site, but as per staff was having electrical issues. Talked to staff about approved sources. Ensure that hot dogs are prepared from a permitted kitchen off site, or inside the concession stand. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Facility will find another source for additional events.
