Physical facility shall be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Establishment shall clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Discussed importance of mitigating production of pest attractants. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
