Observed Buffalo Chicken Bites on the rotisserie hot holding machine with internal temperatures between 110°F and 122°F. Manager removed out of temperature food and voluntarily discarded them during time of inspection. Rotisserie machine was not rotating the food appropriately to maintain internal temperature of 135°F, manager corrected this. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
