Inspector's notes

-- Observed multiple German cockroaches in all life stages in kitchen near backdoor entrance and near laundry area. The person in charge (PIC) provided most recent pest control report from 3/9/26 showing cockroaches are actively being targeted. The PIC also stated their certified pest control technician treats the facility twice a month and they will be treating the facility again this week (Scheduled 3/23/2026 5:00 PM). Provided recommendations to reduce the attraction of pests: - Inspecting shipments of food - Sealing food in containers - Repair plumbing leaks - Eliminating cardboard clutter/ remove food from original cardboard packaging - Sealing open spaces in floors, walls, and ceiling - Maintain a clean and sanitary facility Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
