Observed dust on walls in kitchen above cookline. Also observed debris on wall partition between handwash sink and cook line. Discussed conducting a deep clean and increasing cleaning frequency. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection.
