Observed yogurt machines 1-3 holding Taro, Raspberry, Vanilla, and chocolate flavor all dairy bases in the rear of machines at 45-52*f degrees. PIC verified via owner all flavors had ben out of temperature less than 4 hours. Items whisked to cool. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
