Observed double door refrigerator in hallway with an ambient temperature of 52*F. No student food held in unit. All food for students holding in kitchen staff refrigerator at 42*F. Person in charge to continue to monitor temperatures and keep foods held in staff unit until double door unit is replaced or fixed and can maintain foods at a temperature of 41*F or below. 4-501.11 - Core: Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment Predefined Comment: All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection.
