Pizza sold by the slice is held out at ambient temperature using time as a control, pizzas did not have time when they were moved out recorded. Employee said they had been out for nearly an hour and time stamped them. Please ensure all food items maintained using time as a control have the times documented to ensure a timely discard. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
