Observed container of lemon juice being stored in ice well with ice that is used for beverages. Bottle was removed and contaminated ice was discarded. Please ensure ice used as an exterior coolant is not used for consumption, and all beverage ice is protected from contamination. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
