Establishment has one hand sink in the bar area located next to the draft beer and ice bin. At time of arrival hand washing sink had a soap dispenser with no soap and no paper towels stocked. All handwashing sinks must be stocked with soap and paper towels at all times of operation. Employee placed dish soap and napkins at bar at time of inspection. Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed small and large rodent droppings in the back room of establishment. Also observed can of pesticide stored in the back room. All pest control must be conducted by a certified pest control applicator and pesticide cannot be stored onsite. Utilize certified pest control applicator to rid establishment of pests, including rodents. maintain receipts for verification of pest control at time of reinspection. Reinspection to occur on April 7th.
