Observed lemons, straws, and ice sitting in the hand wash sink of the bar. Manager indicated that the hand wash sink was being used as a dump sink. Discussed with manager that the bartender needs to dispose of drinks in an appropriate receptacle. Manager removed waste and cleaned hand wash sink.
