Priority Foundation-3-501.15 (A), Pf: Cooling Methods.=====Observed establishment cooling iced coffee and vanilla milk inside unit 10 reach in by drive thru unit with ambient temperature of 46*0-47.4*F with min/max thermometers. Inside were 4 large containers of iced coffee and vanilla milk with internal temperature of 44*F-46*F. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). Per time stamp iced coffees were made at 8am. Time of inspection was at 11:30am. Moved all iced coffees to another reach in unit. All iced coffees were at 41*F within 30 minutes. ========Improper cooling method is used.
