Observed build up of organic matter on soda nozzles in lobby. PIC cleaned nozzles at the time of inspection. Soda nozzles must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent the accumulation of organic matter. Discussed cleaning frequency with the PIC. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
