Walk-in beverage cooler, observed TCS milks holding 45*f degrees at front entrance of cooler. Rear of cooler was holding in temperature at 37*f degrees. Manager stated stocking had within the last 2 hours and cooler door was left open. Milk moved to the rear of cooler to drop below 41*f degrees. TCS foods must be maintained below 41F* degrees at all times.
