No visible thermometer located in the walk in cooler used to store raw meats closest to the cardboard compacter. Cold holding equipment used for TIME/TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR SAFETY FOOD shall be designed to include and shall be equipped with at least one integral or permanently affixed TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICE that is located to allow easy viewing of the device's temperature display. Thermometer affixed to the unit is obstructed by large boxes of packaged bananas so it is not readily visible. Obtain thermometer to store inside the walk in cooler prior to the next routine inspection or ensure boxes do not block visibility of the thermometer. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. Repeat Violation: 2nd.
